Job Position – Property Consultant
Company Name – Square Yards
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 1 .5 years in UAE Real Estate
Hiring for a motivated and target-driven to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, good knowledge of the UAE property market, and the ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage potential clients through company-provided leads.
Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and generate business.
Stay updated on market trends, property launches, and developments.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience.[ Mandatory ]
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales and client-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
UAE driving licence is an advantage.
