This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable firm, represent premium properties, and build long-lasting relationships with high-profile clients in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Promote off-plan investment opportunities to both local and international buyers
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market knowledge and guidance
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth end-to-end transaction management
- Maintain accurate property listings and update CRM records regularly
- Stay updated on market trends, RERA regulations, and new developments
- Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to support sales efforts
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience (Dubai market preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales record and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an advantage
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car preferred
