Job Position – Property Manager

Job Location: Qatar
-University degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering.
-Minimum 5-8 years in similar roles, with GCC experience is mandatory.
-Manage short and long term leasing of all properties at attractive rentals to government, corporates, business houses and individuals.
-Negotiate rentals and other agreement terms with tenants making sure that rentals are attractive, in accordance with existing market rates.
-Good understanding of the business dynamics of real estate market.
-Fluency in Arabic and English.
