Job Position – Property Valuation Specialist

Location – Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare accurate, IVSC-compliant real estate valuation reports
– Conduct valuations for legal, lease, and development purposes
– Work closely with Abu Dhabi courts, developers, and government bodies
– Ensure reports meet standards for court and official use
– Support cases requiring lease evaluations and cross-emirate property assessments

Required Skills & Experience:
– Minimum 3 years of real estate valuation experience in the UAE
– Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
– Strong track record of court-compliant and government-recognized valuation reports
– Preferred: Experience working with Abu Dhabi courts, developers, or government projects
– Knowledge of Tawtheeq (lease cases) and Ejari (Dubai properties)

Certified Real Estate Valuer by:
– Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT – Abu Dhabi)
– Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (Court-Approved Valuation Expert)
– RICS Membership (MRICS or FRICS preferred)
– IVSC-compliant valuation training

Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Finance

Week Off: Friday and Sunday

What We Offer:
Fixed salary up to 06,000 AED + Commission + Other benefits
