Responsible for preparing technical and commercial submittals for tenders before closing dates.
Manage and coordinate the estimation of man-hours to ensure the commercial bids are prepared in line with the client’s CTR requirements.
Responsible for following up on open tenders with clients.
Respond timely and accurately to customers’ queries and technical clarifications on RFQs
Manage inquiry/order log sheet.
Prepare Win / Loss reports for each account.
Ability to prepare pre-bid and post-bid presentations for various clients.
Ability to review the contract conditions as provided by the client.
Work as an efficient team player.
