Job Position – PS Developer

Contract : 3 months Extendable

Role & Responsibilities
As a Developer (Contact Center) one must be able to Design, review & refine contact center custom deliverables like IVR, reports, dashboard, wallboard, dialer call flows and CRM integrations.
Expectations:
· 2+ years of experience
· Advanced knowledge of CRM integrations
· Advanced knowledge of API services/integrations
· Quality assurance practices on software/web development
Technical efficiency:
Must Have (Hands-on knowledge):
IVR Design, API design, customizations & integrations,
Ameyo / Genesys Contact Center specific design/development track record
ReactJS, CSS, HTML5, XML, PHP, BASH / Shell Scripting, python
Good To have:
MySQL, MS-SQL, Grafana/similar tool, Power BI, Salesforce
Apache – Tomcat webservers, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, JasperSoft (reporting)
