Job Position – QA Officer
Company Name – Al Ainmills
Job Location : – Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure all quality assurance processes comply with local and international food safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, FSSC, HACCP).
-Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards across all operations and conduct GMP inspection to ensure company standard.
-Document and analyses quality assurance data and report findings to the Quality Assurance coordinator.
-Collaborate with production staff & Warehouse staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
-Support internal and external audits, submission of samples to external labs and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
-Conduct training sessions for production and operations teams on quality assurance procedures.
-Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes and products. Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and take corrective actions. Analyze deviations and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
-Conduct Loading Inspection and warehouse inspection to ensure product safety as per food safety standard.
-Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to improve quality standards.
-Coordinate with cleaning team for the routine housekeeping activities and conduct regular inspections of Cleaning & pest control activities in and outside of factory premises including vehicles to ensure proper housekeeping.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, Food technology or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
-Knowledge of Food Safety standards (e.g., ISO, FSSC, HALAL and HACCP).
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
