Job Position – QA Officer
Company Name – Al Ain Mills

Industry :- FMCG /Food Manufacturer
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure all quality assurance processes comply with local and international food safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, FSSC, HACCP).
-Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards across all operations and conduct GMP inspection to ensure company standard.
-Document and analyses quality assurance data and report findings to the Quality Assurance coordinator.
-Support internal and external audits
-Conduct training sessions for production and operations teams on quality assurance procedures.
-Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes and products. Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and take corrective actions. Analyze deviations and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
-Conduct Loading Inspection and warehouse inspection to ensure product safety as per food safety standard.
Required Qualifications:
-Education: – Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, Food technology or a related field.
-Experience: -Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG Industry preferably Milling industry
-Certificates: – Strong knowledge of Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Food Safety Standards and Certificate
