Job Position – QHSE Officer

Industry: Facilities Management / Infrastructure Maintenance
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years total experience in QHSE
Proven experience in Infrastructure / Hard FM / Maintenance projects
NEBOSH Certification (IGC or equivalent) – Mandatory
Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 preferred)
Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices
Experience conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor QHSE systems across infrastructure maintenance contracts
Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
Lead risk assessments and ensure safe systems of work
Investigate incidents and drive corrective & preventive actions
Support operational teams in achieving contractual KPIs and client requirements
Maintain ISO standards and ensure documentation compliance
Drive continuous improvement and safety culture initiatives
