Job Position – Quantity Survey Engineer
Company Name – Eversendai
Structural Steel to join team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
-Carry out quantity take-offs and rate analysis
-Monitor project costs and control budget variances
-Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders
-Review contracts and ensure contractual compliance
-Prepare payment applications and assess contractor invoices
-Prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts
-Coordinate with Project, Procurement, and Commercial teams
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
-3–5 years of QS experience in structural steel construction projects
-Experience with Tekla 3D models and quantity extraction
-Proficiency in CostX, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel
-Strong knowledge of construction contracts; FIDIC experience preferred
-Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
Preferred
-UAE construction industry experience
-Knowledge of UAE/local market rates
-MRICS, AIQS, or equivalent certification is an advantage
