Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Bright Accord General Contracting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in building construction.
Experience with Aldar projects is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, budgeting, and contract administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Available to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs and budgets.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare payment certificates.
Prepare variations, claims, and final accounts.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
