Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

LEVEL: MID LEVEL
EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 4-5 YEARS UAE EXPERIENCE
INDUSTRY: BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION
Requirements:
– Minimum 4-5 years of UAE experience in a similar role
– Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
– Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, specifications & contracts
– Proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, variation & claims
– Proficient in MS Excel and relevant QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam)
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Immediate joiners preferred
