Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview
The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in Quantification & Cost Management, Managing Commercial aspects & Reports for Villa Construction Projects.
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare BOQs, and Quantity Sheets.
– Manage variations, interim valuations, and final accounts
– Coordinate with procurement teams
– Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
– Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage payments
– Support commercial reporting and cost estimates.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
– 4–6 years of relevant experience (luxury villas construction)
– Mid-Level QS work experience essential.
– Experience with Main Contractor.
– Strong understanding of construction works, BOQ and procurement
– Excellent communication and coordination skills
