Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Industry: Oil & Gas, Industrial Services (Painting, Coating, Insulation)
Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years in Piping/Mechanical (Fabrication, Structural) projects
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Control, BOQ, and Cost Management
Cost Planning & Cost Reporting
Strong Mathematical and Analytical Skills
Effective Communication & Negotiation Abilities
Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
Reporting proficiency using MS Excel/MS Project
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Professional certification or membership in a relevant organization is a plus
Experience in the construction industry is preferred
Salary: AED 10,000/month
Accommodation: Allowance or Company-Provided Shared Room
Health Insurance: Comprehensive
Annual Ticket: To and from your home country after 1 year of service
Leave: 30 Days Paid Leave (for every 12 months completed)
