Quantity Surveyor

About the job

We require a Quantity Surveyor with the following qualifications:

– Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution is *Mandatory *

– Required 5- 6 years experience in the GCC as a *CONSULTANT* is Mandatory.

– Excellent knowledge in DM Conditions of Contract, FIDIC, POMI, CESMM

– Experienced in BOQ preparation, Cost Estimates, Claim Evaluation, Negotiation, Contractual Correspondence

– Experience in Pre & Post Contract stages.

– Preferably a SOE member

– Experience in High rise buildings.

– Preference will be given to UAE Driving license holders

– *Candidate should be available for IMMEDIATE JOINING.*

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month ( Kindly please do not apply if the expected salary is higher than what is mentioned)
