Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – The Luxe Developers
What You’ll Do:
– Manage project budgets & cost control (Civil & MEP)
– Prepare BOQs, cost estimates & tender docs
– Pre- and post-contract management
– Optimize project costs via value engineering
– Monitor cash flow & final accounts
What We’re Looking For:
– 10+ yrs QS experience in real estate/construction
– Strong knowledge of cost management, FIDIC & UAE construction regs
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX & Excel
– Experience in luxury residential or mixed-use projects
– Shape projects. Control costs. Deliver excellence.
