Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial and financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost control, value for money and minimised financial risk throughout the project lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation using CostX
• Cost planning and estimates across all project stages
• Tender preparation, evaluation, and procurement support
• Contract administration, variations, and final accounts
• Cost control, cash flow monitoring, and monthly reporting
• Valuation assessments and payment certifications
• Coordination with consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Risk identification and value engineering initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with FIDIC and standard contracts
