-BOQ preparation & quantity take-offs
-Cost estimation, budgeting & cost control
-Interim payment applications & final accounts
-Variations, claims & commercial correspondence
-Coordination with site teams, consultants & clients
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil / Mechanical
-UAE construction project experience preferred
-Strong knowledge of contracts & measurement standards
-Proficient in MS Excel & cost control tools
-Good communication & coordination skills
