Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Sector: Interior Fit-Out (Gypsum & Acoustic)
Employment Type: Contract (On-site)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Strong experience in cost control, cost planning, BOQs, and cost reporting.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD and Quantity Take-Off.
4. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
5. Prior experience in construction or interior fit-out is a plus.
6. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage bills of quantities (BOQ).
2. Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for projects.
3. Monitor project costs and assist in financial reporting.
4. Coordinate with site and project teams for real-time updates.
5. Ensure cost accuracy and alignment with project goals.
