Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
– Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost analyses.
– Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control.
– Liaise with contractors, clients, and project managers to ensure transparency.
– Prepare tender documents and conduct evaluations.
– Assist in contract administration and claims management.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
– Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement.
– Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
– Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, MS Excel).
– Professional membership (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
