Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Pigeon Engineering Projects
Work Location : Doha, Qatar
Minimum Requirement for Quantity Surveyor:
– Should have Civil Engineering Degree / Construction Management or Equivalent.
– Well versed knowledge and experience in Roads, Infrastructure, Utilities, Drainage (Asghal/PWA Projects)
– Should have Maga Ashghal Roads & Experience projects. At least 10 years’ experience required. Experience certificates Must.
– Should have good experience & knowledge with PRE-CONTRACT & POST CONTRACT. BOQ. Estimation and take off (Ashghal Standard)
– Preparing cost report. Prepares and submits the interim payment applications. Preparing variations analysis, insurances and guarantee logs.
– Contract prepare drafting as per Ashghal standard forms. Cost Planning and estimating (BCIS and NRM1, NRM2 MOMI, CESSM).
– Proficiency in software like MS Excel, AutoCAD (Must)
– Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER).
– Should be locally available in Qatar.
– Ashghal/PWA (Roads & Infrastructure) Approved/Experience candidates required.
