Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Salary: AED 8000/-
Immediate Joiners Preferred
For a 10-month supervision project involving the renovation of existing schools. candidates with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the supervision of school renovation projects, preferably with MUSANADA or PROVIS as the client. Immediate joiners are preferred. The proposed salary for this position is AED 8000/-.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the supervision of school renovation projects.
-Previous experience working with MUSANADA or PROVIS as the client is highly advantageous.
-Must have supervision experience for school renovation projects.
-Solid knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and techniques.
-Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.
-Strong analytical and numerical skills.
-Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
-Sound understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques related to school renovation projects.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
-Immediate availability to join the project.
