Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Al Khalidiya
A prominent UAE organization with 13 well-established subsidiaries across Aluminium, Glass, Waterproofing, Joinery, and Care Services, a detail-oriented and to join our growing Waterproofing Division.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Division: Waterproofing
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for waterproofing projects
-Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents
-Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate terms
-Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets
-Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
-Track project progress and report cost performance
-Assist in contract administration and documentation
-Coordinate with site, procurement, and project teams
-Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements
Requirements:
-3–5 years UAE experience in Waterproofing, Construction, or related field
-Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and costing
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
-Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost estimation
-Good understanding of contracts, variations, and claims
-Strong analytical and negotiation skills
-Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software
-Immediate joiners preferred
