About the job

Requirements:

· A graduate in any field or at least possess high school diploma/certificate

· Should have solid knowledge and understanding of the UAE property market

· Excellent communication skills

· Customer relations expertise

· Holds a valid UAE or international driving license

· RERA Certification is an advantage

· Computer literate

· At least 2 year experience in real estate

· Proven sales track record

Responsibilities:

· Liaise with clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking

· Maintain regular contact with developers, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones via calls, emails, letters, and meeting.

· Attend property viewings with prospective clients

· Follow up with leads

· Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas which are for sale

· Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services

· Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents

· Complete details of properties which includes photo shoots, arrangement of viewings, showing the property to prospective clients, etc.

· Attend property-related events such as exhibitions, property launches, presentations and seminars.

· Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation

· Qualifying potential buyers/tenants

· Conducting viewings and follow up

· Negotiating offers and contract negotiation

· Maintain regular contact with all clients

· Ability to compare properties to determine a competitive market price.

· Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

· Create lists for real estate sale properties.
