Salary Range AED 8-12k + Commissions
Hiring for hard-working, target-driven individuals with a passion for Real Estate to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria.
Job description:
• Evaluate the client’s requirements, and financial capabilities to offer the best property and/or investment.
• Know how to assess and appraise the value of properties
• Arrange property viewings for the potential clients
• Present reasonable property offer and quotation
Requirements:
• UAE Real Estate experience of 1 year within Off-Plan Sales, Re-Sales, Leasing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to attract buyers and retain tenants
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
