Job Position – Real Estate Team Admin

Location: Dubai, UAE

Looking for a Real Estate Team Admin (Coordinator) to support a dynamic sales team in Dubai. If you’re organized, proactive, and experienced in real estate coordination — this role is your chance to join a fast-paced, professional environment!

Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Languages: Arabic (preferred) & English (required)

Key Responsibilities:
– Track and manage incoming leads; assign them promptly to agents.
– Oversee CRM updates, listings uploads, and document submissions.
– Coordinate RERA forms, contracts, and client documentation.
– Provide daily administrative and operational support to the agent team.
– Ensure smooth coordination between agents, clients, and management.

Requirements:
– Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
– Prior real estate coordination or admin experience preferred.
– Proficient in CRM systems and basic office tools.
– Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
– Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
