Job Position -Real Estate Team Leader

Experience: 3+ years in real estate (off-plan or secondary)
Salary: AED 15,000+ (negotiable for the right candidate)
Currently looking for a Team Leader to join a well-established real estate firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a background in either off-plan or secondary sales. While prior leadership experience is not essential, we’re seeking someone who is a natural leader—confident, driven, and capable of inspiring a team.
