Job Position – Receptionist

For a highly motivated and professional bilingual (Arabic and English) to join team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, managing incoming phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative duties in both Arabic and English languages.
Education, Skills, and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience within FM or any similar industry
• Excellent IT/Computer Skills (MS Package know-how: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Native Arabic Speaker and excellent English language skills required both written and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
