Job Position – Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Company Name – Investment and Development Office
– Ensuring the front office and the reception areas are presentable at all times,
– Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls,
– Maintain the meeting room booking system and allocate accordingly,
– Receive telephone calls, re-direct them as appropriate, and take adequate messages,
– Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation,
– Scheduling appointments and managing calendars,
– Managing office supplies and ordering inventory as needed,
– Managing a small team of office assistants and drivers.
The ideal candidate should have:
– 3 years of prior experience in reception or administrative support
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively
– Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable

Salary: up to AED 5,000 + Benefits
