Job Purpose: The major task of receptionist admin executive job here is to serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Taking care of Admin work.
Desired Candidate Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in UAE and faced paced working environment.
Good in MS suite
Graduation Degree holder
