Job Position – Receptionist

Location: Financial Center, Dubai.
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression of our company. This position involves managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and maintaining effective communication within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
-Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff members.
-Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and services.
-Manage the front desk area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
-Schedule appointments, maintain office calendars, and update staff schedules as needed.
-Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
-Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
-Support office operations by ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
-Assist other departments with various tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
-Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or a similar role.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
