Job Summary
Al Aan TV is looking for a presentable and enthusiastic Receptionist / Admin Coordinator.
The main duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Responsible for maintaining the meeting rooms bookings.
- Handling Medical insurance additions and deletions.
- Handling internship requests from UAE Universities.
- Ensuring the facility is always clean and operating properly.
- Handling purchase orders and raising them through the system.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Arabic and English.
- 1-3 years’ of experience as admin coordinator.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and take responsibility when necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
