Job Position – Receptionist & Admin Coordinator

Looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist & Admin Coordinator to be the face of the organization and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
• Handle calls, emails, and meeting coordination
• Support HR & Admin with documentation and office tasks
• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and logistics
Requirements
• 2–4 years experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Well-organized, presentable, and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
