Job Position – Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and manage phone calls and emails
– Coordinate daily office activities and maintain order
– Handle basic documentation, business correspondence, and document control
– Manage office supplies orders
– Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and reminders for management
– Prepare letters, commercial proposals, and invoices
Requirements:
– Immediate availability — mandatory
– Experience in administration is a plus but not required
– Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
– Attention to detail, responsibility, eagerness to learn and assist
