Receptionist cum Admin Executive – (RAE – 401)
Location
Dubai, UAE
Job Role :
- All tasks related to Administration including reception office.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
- Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed.
- Monitor office supplies as per monthly budget.
- Manage all invoices related to office admin.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin Manager for all ticket bookings and admin reports.
- Coordinate with finance team for any approved payments related to Admin.
- Manage Drivers daily schedules and company cars.
Job Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor’s or Equivalent.
- Min. 2 -5 years’ experience.
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level verbal and written English communications skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft office (word and Excel).
