Position  

Receptionist cum Admin Executive – (RAE – 401)

Location  

Dubai, UAE

Job Role :

  • All tasks related to Administration including reception office.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  • Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies as per monthly budget.
  • Manage all invoices related to office admin.
  • Coordinate with HR and Admin Manager for all ticket bookings and admin reports.
  • Coordinate with finance team for any approved payments related to Admin.
  • Manage Drivers daily schedules and company cars.

 

Job Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor’s or Equivalent.
  • Min. 2 -5 years’ experience.
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level verbal and written English communications skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft office (word and Excel).

HR and Admin Manager
