Job Position – Recruiter

Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 5000 to AED 6000
Note: Only candidates currently residing in Dubai should apply.
To join team immediately or within 1 month. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of UAE recruitment experience and be proficient in managing the full recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT roles. Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and compliance with UAE labor laws is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and labor law compliance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
