Job Position – Recruitment Assistant

Working Hours: 6 days/week, 9 hours/day
Salary: QAR 3,500
Duration: 3-month contract (with potential for extension)

You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier candidates while ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring teams and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment Support: Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to final selection.
-Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
-Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the smooth processing of applications and timely placements.
-Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates in the recruitment system for easy access and tracking.
-Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
-Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to recruitment teams as needed.
Requirements:
-Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment, ideally in the automotive industry.
-Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a keen eye for detail.
-Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Availability: Immediate starters with a valid QID will be given preference.
