Job Position – Recruitment Coordinator
Company Name – Accel HR Consultancy
Location: Abu Dhabi
Industry: Hospitality experience mandatory
Responsibilities:
-Assist with job postings on various online platforms and job boards.
-Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
-Arrange travel and accommodations for out-of-town candidates, if needed.
-Assist with the preparation of interview materials and documentation.
-Coordinate pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
-Assist with the drafting of offer letters and other recruitment-related correspondence.
-Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
-Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration in hospitality industry.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
