Job Position – Recruitment Executive
Company Name – ResoSys
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
