Job Position – Recruitment Manager
Company Name – Intermass Engineering & Contracting
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across (Intermass and its sister concern companies).
– Manage, mentor, and upskill the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
– Utilize Oracle Fusion Recruitment Cloud and the Intermass Career Portal to streamline hiring and sourcing ideal candidates.
– Design and execute overseas recruitment campaigns, particularly for high-volume blue-collar hiring for Intermass.
– Collaborate with overseas Recruitment Agencies for speedy recruitment process.
– Interact closely with department heads, Project Team and senior leadership to update workforce plans and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
– Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to position Intermass as an employer of choice, locally and internationally.
– Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide periodical reporting and insights to leadership.
– Ensure recruitment policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications:
– 5-7 years of experience leading high-performing recruitment teams, in engineering and contracting.
– Proven, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Recruitment Cloud and integrated career portals.
– Demonstrated success in executing overseas recruitment drives; familiarity with end- to-end blue-collar recruitment cycles and agency coordination.
– Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and onboarding for local and international workers.
– Proactive and adaptable leader, capable of balancing strategic talent planning with operational delivery.
– Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining quality and compliance.
– Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
