Job Position – Recruitment Specialist

Job Description
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
2?4 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS Systems
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, as well as interview and shortlist applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position.
Develop recruitment plans based on staffing needs and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates.
Suggest improvements to the recruitment lifecycle in order to ensure efficiency in sourcing candidates.
Create and implement automated statistical reports as requested in order to ensure proper staffing analysis and recruitment process monitoring.
Arrange Trade Tests & recruitment open days for technical staff to be coordinated with Training Department.
Prepare offer letters to successful candidates in the most accurate manner and Monitor offer letters are duly signed & received within the given timeframe.
