Partner with the best:

To support Finance manager, MEA in order to ensure accuracy and predictability of results, to timely report actual results and forecasts.

To be the business support to the Distributor Market countries (mainly South East Europe region) within BC Switzerland entity (BCISA)

Fuel your passion:

  • Prepare financial forecast reporting and budget in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with USGAAP and Company financial procedures
  • Analyze variations from forecasts and prior periods to provide accurate explanations for variances and support management in determining effective countermeasures.
  • Provide management with daily, weekly and monthly data / tools/reports including parent company reports
  • Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely and relevant and provides direction on a forward-looking basis to support business decisions.
  • Support the Commercial leader in regards to day-to day business decisions: profitability, price, sales and payment terms
  • Review of contracts for mainly profitability &revenue recognition when needed
  • Perform yearly costing analysis of transfer price vs standard costs
  • Supervision of Working Capital: cash maximization through KPIs’ follow up and distributors payment terms or bank tools
  • Request from banks Guarantees / Bid & Performance Bonds in favor of our customers for BCISA; Middle East & Saudi in particular.
  • Follow-up of the incoming bank guarantees in line with Distributors Agreements
  • Yearly provide information to the Insurance Company for issuing policies for BCISA
  • Daily management of KPIs is a continuous improvement activity integral to this position.
  • Support business goals such as investment initiatives in existing & new countries, reduction of Working Capital through mainly collection of receivables, etc.
  • Miscellaneous financial projects, analysis and administrative duties as assigned
  • Assist in the continuous improvement, development, modification and implementation of financial systems as necessary. Leverage and use DBS tools.

Working relationship and contacts:

  • Internal contacts include all departments related in the company
  • External contacts for this position include customers, banks and occasionally auditors and suppliers.

We always keen to be successful and to be successful for the role we like that you have below qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting /business administration or similar with min.5 years of related experience required; financial audit experience is preferable.
  • Excellent accounting and financial analytical skills with USGAAP accounting knowledge
  • Advanced experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience for driving, supporting and building relationships with commercial functions being a business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficient user of MS Excel
  • Proficient in working on business intelligence software, Oracle, OBI or an equivalent business intelligence reporting; knowledge in Oracle is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal & English written and oral communication skills; speaking/writing French is an advantage.
