Job Position – Reservation Agent

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with booking systems and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Available to join immediately
Willing to relocate and work in Ajman
Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries and bookings efficiently
Maximize sales and revenue through up-selling and promotions
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure seamless reservations
Book hotel rooms and customize wellness programs for guests
Prepare daily sales and reservations reports
Build strong rapport with guests to close deals
Locally available candidates preferred.
