Job Position – Reservation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
-Support B2B clients with reservations (hotels, transfers, excursions, etc.).
-Communicate effectively via email and phone, providing clear and prompt information.
-Collaborate with service providers to ensure smooth bookings and negotiate rates.
-Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) + Arabic or Russian is a PLUS
-Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or DMC (Destination Management Company) roles.
