Job Position – Resident Engineer
Company Name – Infracare Facilities Management
The primary objective of this role is to serve as a professional facilities engineer, responsible for executing or supervising a range of tasks related to the renovation and upkeep of school buildings and facilities.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in the UAE/GCC region.
• Prior experience with multinational facility management industries is preferred.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
Job Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate proficiency in executing Hard & Soft Services at assigned sites, adhering to the company’s procedures, practices, and quality standards.
• Provide continuous on-site supervision to ensure superior quality of work.
• Communicate and collaborate with client representatives to address and resolve their concerns.
• Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient deployment and utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Maintain regular communication with the line manager, updating them on daily progress and the workforce’s tasks at the site.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and organized site management.
• Ensure that subcontractors comply with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct daily inspections to identify potential risks and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement conservation measures whenever feasible.
• Prepare monthly reports and submit them to clients within the specified deadline.
• Maintain an asset register and compile lifecycle/condition survey reports.
• Regularly monitor the CAFM system, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
