Job Position – Resource & Planning Officer

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining medium- and short-term workforce and equipment plans aligned with our business strategy and SLAs. You’ll work cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, HR, and Finance to forecast volumes, build efficient rosters, and present impactful insights to senior leadership.
For someone who thrives on analysis, isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, and can bring fresh thinking to how we plan and allocate our resources. Your ability to build labour models, optimize workforce scheduling, and visualize data using systems like INFORM, GS Planning, and Power BI will be vital to driving operational excellence.
