– Lead and inspire a team to deliver top-notch service in a casual dining environment.
– Maintain high standards of food, service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
– Manage reservations, walk in guest, customer feedback, and staff schedules.
– Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and floor.
– Drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You Bring:
– 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Italian Restaurant .
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– A passion for food, people, and creating memorable dining experiences.
– Hands-on, guest-focused, and calm under pressure.
– Knowledge of UAE restaurant regulations and best practices.
