Job Position – Restaurant Supervisor
Company Name – Saddle
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. You will lead and supervise the front-of-house team, coordinating their activities and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment.
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle guest concerns and complaints.
– Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards.
– Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and reservation management systems.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the restaurant industry.
