Restaurant Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Train, coach, and support team members.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
