About the job

As a software Sales you are responsible to;

• Be responsible to sell software solutions CRM/HRM/ websites/ mobile applications to potential clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone, web or email .
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenues through the acquisition of new clients.
• Identifying potential leads through self and channel partners
• Execute sales strategy that best supports client business processes and objectives
• Proactively contact new customers to set up presentations/ meetings.
• Ensures high conversion rate from pipeline to deal closure, shortening of the sales process and improvement of win rate in order to achieve real volume business.
• Documenting business requirements and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Testing solutions to make sure they meet customer requirements.
• Build working relationships with technical team and ensure smooth running of software post sales to grasp long term business with clients.

Skill and requirements:

• Sales professionals with 2-4 yrs experience in selling software solutions like websites/CRM/HRM/marketing products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Target oriented
• Positive attitude – confident, self-motivated
• Must be computer internet savvy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good Analytics Sale Aptitude
