Job description: Sales Executive -Outdoor Sales (Arabic speaker)
The hiring company is a leading and most respected business, Company provide various business services (Company Incorporation, PRO services, Audit ,Accounting, Liquidation, UBO,ESRAML/CFT and Trademark services etc.) according to client’s requirements.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Job Role:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Responsible for sourcing new clients through Sales
- Responsible for Outdoor sales via cold calls and telephonic calls
- Preserve and increase sales database
- Go and meet the potential clients as and when required.
- Research and identify potential clients through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc. and generate leads
- Must have knowledge of business setup including company formation, visa services etc
- Follow up with prospective clients by telephone/email or in person in order to provide information about setting up a business in different Free zones, mainland & offshore authorities.
- Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.
- Represents the company and brands and maintain presentable appearance
- Must be target & self-driven
- Results-focused
Requirements:
- Arabic Speaker is a must.
- Male, 35 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Sales Officer (Outdoor Sales) in the UAE
- Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent
- Prior experience in promoting company incorporation via telephone/meeting customers in person
- Excellent communication/convincing and selling skills
- Target oriented with the expertise to work under pressure.
- Ensure awareness of periodic changes to government and free zones policies
- Product knowledge
- UAE Driving License will be preferred
- Strong sales and negotiable skills
- Sales-driven professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
